Warranty

The Black Monk Rosary Promise - (Lifetime Warranty) If your Black Monk Rosary, Bracelet, Medal, Chain, or Chaplet would ever break or gets damaged just mail it to Black Monk Rosaries and we will repair or replace it with a Brand New Rosary, Bracelet, Medal, Chain, or Chaplet - No Questions Asked.

Refunds / Returned Products

We have a 100% satisfaction-assured guarantee on all of our items for 30 days after purchase. If you are not pleased with an item, simply mail it back to us, postage-paid, in re-sellable condition, and we will happily replace it or refund your money. Items must be returned in new condition and in the original package. Refunds will be processed only after the product has been returned and inspected. Shipping charges will not be refunded on returned items. Shipping costs will be refunded if a product was shipped in error or if product is defective. A defective product must be reported to Black Monk Rosaries within ten business days of receipt of ones order. All refunds are issued to the credit card used to make the purchase or if the order was paid by check a refund check will be mailed to the customer. All refund checks are mailed to customers' billing address on the order unless the customer requests a different mailing address in writing.

Shipping Terms

Domestic orders are shipped by USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped by USPS. Please make sure that you provide us with the correct shipping address for your package. If you provide us with an incorrect address and one does not receive their package Black Monk Rosaries cannot be held liable for the loss. If a package is returned because of a bad address provided by a customer, Black Monk Rosaries will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer and correct the error. If the customer chooses to have the package sent again the customer will be billed for the shipping charge. Customer shipping charges will not be refunded. In order to ensure that your package is not picked up by someone else, do not have your package delivered to a location where strangers may sign for or take your package; if a package is lost or stolen once shipped or delivered Black Monk Rosaries is not liable for the loss. Once an order has been shipped a tracking number will be email to the customer so they may track the order. Black Monk Rosaries is not liable for duties/fees/tariffs on any orders whether they are new shipments, returns, or repairs.

Right to Refuse Service

Black Monk Rosaries reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time.

Black Monk Rosaries is hosted by WixStores. WixStores hosts the store pages, ordering system, and order data. WixStores automatically collects order information but may only use this information in the aggregate. Black Monk Rosaries keeps all customer information confidential and will not share or sell this info to anyone or any company. Black Monk Rosaries reserves the right to refuse any order.

Custom Work

Black Monk Rosaries does custom work. Each project must be approved by the production team in order to move forward. Any custom order cancelled before shipping will receive a 50% cancellation fee. There are no returns on custom work.

No Parts Sold

Black Monk Rosaries does not sell any of it parts such as centerpieces, crucifixes, beads, and paracord individually wholesale or reatil.

Catholic Statues

Ordering Process: Black Monk Rosaries covers the production costs when an order is placed.
Cancellation Policy: A 50% restocking fee applies for cancellations. No Exceptions
As these are special order, statues cannot be returned.
Availability: Statues are sold exclusively within the lower 48 United States.
Tax Information: No sales tax is charged on orders shipped outside of Texas.
Transportation depends of the size of the statue, for example since 24", 32", and 40" we will ship by Fedex or UPS - 48" or taller statues ship by air freight. Customers will only charged $7 shipping cost to cover processing fees.
Customers are responsible for any duty charges: 1)Religious items are exempt from duty in the United States if they are imported for use by a religious institution. This includes items used in churches, schools, hospitals, and other religious organizations. 2)In the United States, shipments under $800 are generally duty-free, but shipments between $800 and $2,500 May have a simpler clearance. 3)Duty fees are normally just 3% of the value of a shipment.
